About Me
I was born and raised in Central New Jersey. I left the region in 1989 to attend the University of South Carolina, where I studied English Composition. My time in Columbia, SC afforded me the opportunity to study under great writers William Price Fox and James Dickey, and workshop with Kurt Vonnegut. After college, I lived in a number of great places, including: West Palm Beach, FL; Scranton, PA; Columbia, SC; Indianapolis, IN and back to Freehold, NJ. I am proud to be the father to two wonderful young adults who inspire me to be better every day.

I have written professionally for minor league sports franchises and venues; the Command Psychologist for Recruiting and Retention, US Army; the Office of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, Dept. of Homeland Security; SC Dept. of Health and Environmental Concerns; the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services; and the Dept. of Veteran Affairs.

My writing has influenced policy, informed the public, and entertained. I count myself lucky to have had the opportunity to work with so many fine people and look forward to working with you.
