My birthday is March 1st. It's always a roll of the dice on my birthday. Some years, it can be absolutely gorgeous outside. Some years, it's rainy and cold. This year there was bright sunshine, though it was a little bit cool and crisp. I've definitely had uglier birthdays. Regardless, I always look forward to March. Spring begins. The world seems to reset. It also leads us into the warmer weather and the things I enjoy doing outside.
This year, March has been a bit unsettling. For the first time in all my life, I'm actually glad to see March go.
