Last Prompt of April


The month is coming to an end. And we've had lots of April showers. We're still having April showers. I am really looking forward to May flowers.


Writing prompt:

Traditional haiku is written about nature. With the springtime flowers about to burst on the scene, write a traditional haiku or two (or three). Remember the pattern (y'all learned it in grade school):


First line: 5 syllables

Second line: 7 syllables
